Ignite is proud to welcome Mr. Jeffrey L. Langhout as the newest member of our Advisory Board. With over 37 years of civilian service in the Department of the Army, including a decade in the Senior Executive Service, Mr. Langhout brings unparalleled leadership and technical expertise to our team.
Ignite CEO & Chairman, Clayton Hinchman, stated “I am personally honored to welcome Mr. Langhout’s leadership and mentorship to the Ignite Board. His expertise only strengthens our resolve to tackle our warfighters’ impossible problems.”
Most recently, Mr. Langhout served as Director of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center (DEVCOM AvMC), where he led over 11,000 personnel advancing lifecycle engineering and cutting-edge technologies in support of Army aviation and missile priorities.
Mr. Langhout holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University. He is also a recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Presidential Rank Award, the Distinguished Civilian Service Award, and induction into the State of Alabama Engineering Hall of Fame.
