August 21, 2025 – This month marks a special milestone for Ignite Vice President of Contracts, Clarence Morris, as he celebrates his 10-year work anniversary!
Reflecting on his journey, Clarence stated, “Hard work, good note taking, and commitment to detail will take you far. Being reliable and accountable, while maintaining a positive attitude, will carry you even further.”
Clarence’s leadership, commitment, and positivity have made a lasting impact on Ignite’s success and culture and it has not gone unnoticed. Ignite Chairman & CEO, Clayton Hinchman, described him as a “foundational member of our team who continuously performs at the highest level enabling our Igniters in the field to solve impossible problems for the Warfighter.” Hinchman went on to add, “Clarence is Ignite. What asked about what he’s enjoyed most during him time at Ignite, Clarence shared: “What I’ve enjoyed most is the investment and professional development they have made and continue to make into their personnel.
