December 3, 2025 – Ignite has been awarded the 2025 Hire Vets Gold Medallion Award by the United States Department of Labor. This recognition highlights our commitment to supporting and hiring United States military veterans, an initiative we’re incredibly proud of.
The Hire Vets Medallion Award is the only federal award that honors employers who demonstrate a commitment to veteran hiring and creating an environment where veterans can thrive. ABOUT The HIRE VETS Medallion Award
The Hire Vets Medallion Award, established by the U.S. Department of Labor in 2017, recognizes employers who lead the way in veteran hiring and retention. The award is available in several categories, including Gold, Silver, and Platinum Medallions. The criteria for the award are rigorous, evaluating a company’s efforts to recruit, hire, and retain veterans, as well as the support services and programs in place to help them transition to civilian life.
