June 10, 2025 – Ignite is thrilled to welcome Mr. Terry Phillips to our team as a Senior Acquisition Advisor. Terry joins Ignite through our recent acquisition of Reliant Technologies.
Mr. Phillips leads the development of procurement strategies, builds strategic partnerships, manages the procurement pipeline, and fosters key relationships with partners and customers. He also serves as a Subject Matter Expert supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in identifying and resolving critical sensor and radar issues. A retired Army Colonel with over 30 years of service, Terry brings extensive experience in leadership, strategic planning, acquisition, and program management across various defense initiatives.
Mr. Phillips received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cameron University and a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University. He is Level III Certified in Program Management and Level I Certified in Contract Management by the Department of Defense.
