Ignite Welcomes Mr. Joe HAtghett As aN Advisory Board Member

April 3, 2025 – Ignite is thrilled to welcome Mr. Joe Hatchett to the Ignite team as an Advisory Board Member. Mr. Hatchett joins Ignite through the recent acquisition of his company, Reliant Technologies.

Mr. Hatchett incorporated Reliant Technologies in 2012 and began executing in 2014. He established Reliant with the philosophy of hiring exceptional people and equipping them to consistently provide our customers with excellent products, analyses, services, and solutions that empower them with innovative technology and business management solutions.

Prior to starting Reliant, Joe was the Vice President of NASA Programs for Gray Research Inc. where he managed Gray Research’s NASA employees and directly supported numerous NASA programs.

Joe received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Production Management from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science degree in Operations Research from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Joe attended OU on an ROTC scholarship and was commissioned a 2^nd Lieutenant in the Ordnance Corp. He participated in Operation Shield/Storm as the Assistant Materiel Officer of the Alabama National Guard 111 Ordnance Group and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve in 2005.
