Warfighter Wednesday: Ignite Global

July 29, 2026—25 years of supporting the Warfighter is not Ignite’s only cause for celebration this year, as we have recently hit another significant milestone: officially becoming a global enterprise.

Ignite’s Huntsville, Alabama, team celebrating 250 years of America and 25 years of Ignite.

This year, Ignite has expanded its presence with team members supporting customers in Europe, while also growing across key locations in the United States. These strategic expansions reflect Ignite’s continued commitment to seeking out and solving the Warfighters’ toughest problems.

New Locations for 2026:

  • Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
  • Dayton, OH
  • Detroit Arsenal, MI

“Our expansion is based on one simple principle: Igniters go where the Warfighters are,” said Ignite Chairman and CEO Clayton Hinchman.

That commitment has been the driving force behind Ignite’s growth for the past 25 years.

As mission requirements evolve, so does our ability to support them. Ignite’s expanding global presence has been made possible by the experienced leaders who have joined our team, bringing deep operational knowledge and an understanding of the critical missions our customer’s support.

Looking to the future, Ignite is building on that momentum. We are expanding our role in large-scale systems integration while investing in the development of innovative products and solutions designed to address the evolving needs of the Department of Defense and the Warfighter.

The foundation for that future was built over the last quarter century.

“Building an enduring company that has lasted for over 25 years is based on simple factors,” Hinchman said. “Igniters are hard-working, and we’re focused on delivering long-term solutions that enable our customers to remain the dominant force.”

Reaching 25 years in business while expanding our global footprint is more than a milestone, it’s a reflection of the trust our customers place in us, the dedication of our team members, and our continued focus on supporting the Warfighter.

As Ignite grows, our purpose remains unchanged: delivering innovative solutions and standing alongside the Warfighter wherever the mission leads.
